The Deactivator has the function of 110V/220V input voltage conversion, stable performance, high decoding height, strong compatibility, generous appearance, simple operation and so on.
one set of Deactivator mainly consists of a deactivation Controller with a power cord and one or two Deactivator pad.
Installation:
First of all, the port between the decoding board and the decoder host is connected, and then the interface between the decoder power cord and the host is connected, and the power socket is inserted in the 220V AC power socket. At this time, the decoder will be heard with a short ring and the indicator light is green. Then the decoder is in the decoding state. With DR label from the decoding board across the parallel will hear the solution device has a short ring and accompanied by the decoder "dong" a vibration, the alarm indicator light will change from green to red sound stop indicator light turns green, indicating that DR label has been decoded successfully.
Precautions for Use :
1. The decoding board can not be directly placed on the metal plate. It is recommended that the detection board be embedded on the table by cutting the slot on the table. (Metal will absorb the signal energy of the detection board, so the decoding ability will decrease a lot, resulting in the phenomenon that the label is not easy to be decoded)
2. Labels shall not be stored within 50cm of the decoding board to avoid false positives or DR labels being decoded. (The decoding range of the decoding board is between 4cm and 8cm)
3, try to decode the DR label close to the decoding board, usually DR label is decoded when the main alarm, when the DR label is difficult to decode when the decoder main opportunity has been in an alarm state, if the DR label is close to the decoding board there is a short sound and vibration indicate that the label has been successfully decoded, The label can be removed or torn if the decoder host has been warning that the label is attached to metal or tin-platinum items or is dead. (Metal and tin will block the label signal)
4, when not using the decoder, please turn off the power so as not to reduce the service life of the machine and cause the decoder to work unstable.
Decoder height and phase synchronization debugging:
When the equipment leaves the factory, the decoding height and phase synchronization have been adjusted to the best state, generally do not need to debug again.
Decoder height adjustment only adjust the decoder height potentiometer clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to reduce.
Phase synchronization adjustment is only in the case of interference with other manufacturers of equipment by adjusting the phase and anti-theft antenna synchronization, eliminate interference, so that the two equipment can work normally. Specific adjustment method can be connected to the computer with software to adjust.
Phase adjustment steps:
First turn on the debug line (USB transfer 485) drive and debug software installed, computer and solve the decoder host being good open the software, the interface will be displayed as shown selection AMD configuration, the debug interface will be shown in figure 2, a debug port said line has good connection, and click to open the connection, the display after the connected to the phase numerical Settings, The debugging range is between 10-1200.
